Acoustic Audio Testing System

The Acoustic Audio Testing System is a comprehensive tool used to measure and analyze the acoustic properties of audio materials, primarily including absorption coefficient, acoustic impedance, and air permeability. The system utilizes impedance tubes, sound sources, microphones, and other equipment to test the material’s response to sound waves across a wide frequency range. This allows for evaluation of its performance in applications such as building acoustics, industrial noise control, audio equipment development, and environmental noise assessment. The system provides high-precision measurement data and detailed analysis reports, helping users optimize material selection and design to enhance acoustic performance and noise control effectiveness.

DYT4000 Capacitive Microphone

The DYT4000 is a high-precision 1/2″ capacitive free-field microphone specifically designed for high-accuracy audio testing. With its exceptional precision, wide dynamic range, low self-noise, and high-temperature stability, the DYT4000 is a high-performance microphone ideal for testing applications. It is specially designed for free-field acoustic measurements and is a pre-polarized microphone. The backplate of the microphone is made from a special material that permanently stores a certain amount of charge, creating an electric field between the diaphragm and the backplate. As a result, external polarization voltage is not required during operation.
